But slut-shaming is actively and non-constructively criticising women just for having sex. It’s different from being concerned about children who’ve been conditioned to think that sex is some sort of necessity.
Slut-shaming is judging and typically bullying someone (typically a girl) because of their sexual history. It’s typically because of an inflated sense of self-righteousness.
What you’re talking about is being concerned because young, vulnerable girls are becoming targets because society has conditioned them to believe that sex is a priority and some sort of rite of passage.
There is a big difference between the two.
